Misty and Brett

Misty...bless her heart!! How very patient she was with me! I took these back in 2007 when we lived together in Lubbock! I got a hold of the camera one day and went picture happy on them!! The picture of Brett happens to be one of my personal favorites! What started off as a silly moment turned into a very neat shot! From the encouragment of others, I just recently entered it into the Photographer's Forum photo contest. Wish me luck!! :)

You know the old saying "beauty is only skin deep"? That is so not even true for my sister. She is not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well. You can just see the kindness in her face in all of her pictures! I must say, Tate is a very lucky guy!!

So I’ve decided to start blogging! Hope this helps get my name out there as my love and interest in photography continues to grow! Let’s just see if I can keep up with it!! :)

Here are some pict's I took over the weekend….doesn’t the Ferris Wheel look like fun? Too bad I can’t stand to go near a fair in real life!! I also snuck some shots of Boo Bear (Jake) while I was dog sitting; he’s such a sweet boy!!
